Original Hot Yoga - Bikram

Bikram class  - This 90-minute heated class consists of a challenging series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. Class is designed to increase strength, build energy, stamina, and flexibility. Each posture stretches, strengthens, and prepares specific muscles, ligaments, and joints needed for the next posture. This yoga class also stimulates organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order. This program is designed to deliver total health when practiced regularly through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. To prevent illness and injury, promote weight loss and limit the effects of ageing. This series of postures also improves concentration, patience, determination, and self-control to increase mental clarity and reduce stress. This yoga class is done in a heated room to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout and cleanse the body by flushing toxins.

 

The room is heated to at least 105°F and is usually humid with 40% humidity. (all level class / heated room / 90 min class).

When practicing yoga, it's important to listen to your body and stop if you feel dehydrated or the effects of heat exhaustion. You should also take it slow and allow yourself time to adjust to the heat

Pregnant people or those with a history of health conditions should consult their doctor before trying hot yoga.

Hot Vinyasa

This is a physically demanding practice that combines flowing yoga poses with the benefits of a heated room. This challenging class combines breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance: Classes include a combination of standing poses, sun salutations, floor postures, arm balances, and deep opening postures.  Hot Power Vinyasa can also help improve metabolism and organ function, relieve stress, and boost heart health.

 

The room is heated to 99-102°F. The class is often set to energetic music. (all level class / heated room / 60 min class)

Hot Pilates (+Weights)

Hot Pilates Flex

Hot Mat Pilates Flex +Weights is a full-body workout that combines Pilates principles with heat and weights to increase strength and flexibility.

 

Heat: The heated room (102) increases circulation and flexibility, and makes muscles more pliable.
Pilates: Pilates movements focus on core strength, balance, and lean muscles.Weights added to the workout.


Benefits of hot mat Pilates include:

-Better performance in high-impact workouts
-Increased energy expenditure
-More sweating, which can help detoxify the skin.

Hot Pilates Sculpt & Flow

Yoga Flow & Sculpt combines the fluidity of a traditional dynamic movement sequence in a yoga flow with targeted Pilates strength training exercise, incorporating light to moderate weights of choice, to build muscle and offer resistance in multiple planes of motion.

 

This will help you to achieve a full body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. This class is upbeat, and has a high energy vibe. Set at 102

Yogalates

Kick off your mornings with Yogalates, a seamless blend of invigorating Yoga Flow and Mat Pilates with Weights at 6 AM Tuesday and Thursday. Experience mindful poses for flexibility and strength incorporating bands and light weights for core-sculpting strength.

 

This flow will target toning and flexibility all in one good hour of feel-good energy.Temperature set 101. Bring mat, towel and water bottle. 

Hot Booty Jam 

Friday Night Hot Pilates Booty Bash: Mat magic with weights!
Crank up the fun with our 60 minute mat Pilates party. Join Elle in some booty-blasting moves as you sweat, sculpt and strut into the weekend! All levels welcome. Room set at 102

Yin Yoga 

Warm Stretch & Release

Sunday Warm Stretch & Release.  This deeply calming class combines the stillness of Yin Yoga with restorative poses to relax the body and quiet the mind. Held in a gently warmed room and accompanied by meditative music. The warmth supports safe, deep stretching as you hold poses, allowing connective tissues to release and trigger restorative processes on a cellular level. The class emphasizes breath awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, creating space for physical, mental, and emotional healing. Perfect for all levels, Yin Restore is ideal for reducing stress, restoring flexibility, balancing hormone levels, promoting deep rest and improving the overall well-being.

Leave feeling grounded, recharged, and restored in body, mind, and spirit.

Yin-Chi Pulse

Yin-Chi Pulse is an active Yin with long electric stretches that ignite energy and un-kink tight muscles. Bold poses that will keep you buzzing with vibrant flow. Ends with smooth, spiraling Tai-Chi that grounds all that energy. 

 

Class is 60 minutes in a warm room.  

Warm Candlelight Yin

Friday evening candlelight Yin/Yoga class.

This 75-minute warm Yin yoga class focuses on deep, passive stretches held for extended periods of time to target deep connective tissues, release tension, restoring functionality, and establishing strong body-mind connection. It promotes relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness.

 

The class concludes with a 15-minute Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) session, guiding you into a deep state of conscious rest and inner peace.

Warm Sleepytme Yin & Sound Bath

Sleepy Time Yin with Tranquil Sound Waves is a warm class that combines soothing and restorative yin yoga with a healing sound bath. Gentle, long-held poses relax the body while calming vibrations from crystal bowls promote deep rest, inner balance, and energetic renewal.

 

Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, at peace in both body and mind, and ready for a restful night's sleep.
